A friend of mine had the same thing happen in the Greenville area. The shack was frozen in pretty good, but not up to
the floor. He and a friend took a power auger and drilled holes down each side of the shack. Theydrilled down about
6 inches per hole. Then with a chisel they were able to get better angles, and could cut out bigger chunks of ice holding
the skiis. With a 2x4, and a little muscle they popped it out and got it moved in 30 mins. If I had a shack frozen in
again I believe this is what I would try first.. I have done it the other way, and it took hours.
