Nice rainbow from this morning.

About 18 or 19 inches and close to 3 lbs. Quick photo and took off down the hole. Extremely nice morning out. Had a few fighter jets buzzing around which was neat to watch while we waited for flags. Also caught a 20" laker and had a few other hit and spits.

Because I have plenty of crappie to eat. I dont keep trout especially ones I know have the potential to get big.

Nice example of how to handle a catch and release fish while icefishing.  Hope some others from this site take notice on how to do it!

Good job spencer on the CPR,Catch,Photogragh,Release.It will live to thrill someone else,someday soon.Obviously that little 7 to 8 inch stockie grew just fine,the last two years.So I guess stockies do survive once in a while.Huh,imagine that.LLS
