wordens ice condition updates

i was on a delivery today on 110 in south county so i decided to make a pit stop at wordens. the ice was solid  (5-8 ) .there was a real small channel about 100 yd out from the boat ramp. after that it looked to be safe maybe 4-6 inches from there on out. if you want to try it i would go out to the right and stick to the shore then you should be all set to take the journey.

i like going to tuckers  on the open water. never been on the hard water. there are some nice sized bass in there. how about you ? you try tuckers on the hard water?

yes I have done well there its near my house only about 4 miles

Hate Tucker, some a-hole always catches all the bass when we go  

Seriously though, thinking about Wordens for Sunday if it's got safe ice.  May take a drive down Saturday just to check the ice if this snow isn't too bad.

Actually didn't hit it in 2010, year before (as my avatar pic shows) we were there a few times.
