just got back from crystal. finally got my 15 year old son out with me. i was prayin to the fish gods to get him some fish. it was not to be. crystal is a cruel mistress, just enough of a tease to keep you going back. only saw one brown caught all morning.  i wont give up hell no i'll never give up. i'll own that place some day(lol)

Willy,those Crystal Lake blues are easy to catch. Sorry I did not make it there, last minute decision to take my 6 year old nephew out for his first ice trip and decided i had a better chance of him icing a fish at Quaddick. We had five flags and he iced his first two fish. Mission accomplished

went there for first time got nothin but missed a record for me!! Also found that Ive been missin out by not jiggin. Need bigger tackle!!  I wouldnt fish there too boring;-)
