What's the best knot for tying a mono/flouro/braid leader to tip-up line?

The best one I know of is. The double uni knot I was shown this knot by a guide it held up to lake trout upwards of fourty pounds.

Not really a knot as you asked, I have been using a small swivel to connect my leader to the braided tip-up line. Have done so the last few years and its worked well.

I use a swivel without a snap on it!!  Then use a fisherman's knot.

My Tip ups have a snap, or snap swivel.

I tie a loop in the top of my leaders.
This makes them easy to change.

Here's a pic of some new terminal tackle that I want to try this year on my tip ups.

If anyone has tried these, let me know how they work.

Use a palomar not, Its basically the strongest knot there is on the market for all types of lines.  If you type in knot wars in your search bar you can see a lot of really good testing of knots with different types of lines

I also use the palomar knot.
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

I usually tie a barrel swivel on to my tip up line with a Palomar and then tie on a leader with an improved clinch.  Usually put in a snap swivel to the end of the leader.

I also use a snap swivel, started to use a "tie fast" knot tying tool to tie the swivel and snell the hook. Use a surgeons loop for the leader to swivel. I keep extra leaders in pipe insulation so they swap out easy if I have to cut a leader to release a fish etc.
