plum lake in vilas county?

anyone have experience up there?  will be going up in feb. to try my luck.

I have fished it a couple of times for musky.

The East end with the inlet may be a little dangerous, but I remember that it had a good weed bed.  It may be a long walk for you pulling your stuff though.

O.K.
The bay across from the State campground has an 8' hump with weeds, that was good for a couple of small northern. It also has a creek that flow in for some fresh water (Aurora creek)

Just west of the State campground are some old pilings, stumps and vegetation that could hold some fish.
