West Hill or Highland ice conditions?

They were fishing 1st Bay at Highland before the snow but I have no idea what this storm did to the conditions.

Went up to Highland today.  We fished the first bay off the boat launch-  6-7 inches of black ice. Had a good day,  2 brown trout(13" and 15") and many pickeral.
