Just looking at for some fishing info for catfish. Like where to set up and what to use???/

a amn i know fished all night last year for the benson derby around whites' bay on s. champ. he put some dead shiners on the bottom and caught 3 cats. i might give it a try

I saw they were jigging for them on in fisherman the other day but that was on a river, never tried it myself but I would be up for it

They catch a lot of them in South Bay at the end of Lake Champlain.  Unfortunately, that is the only place in the lake where you cannot use your VT license.  I drive by there on my way to Lake George, always a lot of guys on the ice.

Caught a big cat at Lake Dunmore in late Oct, I think with a stinky bait
and patience there are plenty more to catch there..
