Carry Bay

Fished Carry today from about 7:30 till 12:30.Ended up with about 12 flags,caught 7,(5 pickerel and 2 northerns).Had about 4-6" of decent ice,some wet spots on top,but overall good ice.Saw couple other fisherman out there for pan fish.Didn't seem to be doing much.Talked to one gemtleman that had about a quarter bucket of gills,said fishing been slow here.Hopefully the fishing will only get better.
Still was great to get out.And the weather was excellent.Good fishin

Any size to the pike?

I was one of the guys out fishing panfish there.  The fishing was pretty slow, a lot of small perch and only a few keeper sunnies, but it was a great day to be out on the ice

Pike were 6 and 4.5.Did lose one decent one at the hole.There were a bunch of guys out on Paquette Bay panfishing also.So may end up trying over there next weekend.Also was someone out in Pelots.
