Pretty soon poison creek bay will look just like swiss cheese with all the holes that get drilled there.

I am going to do my best since I just picked up my power auger.   :D

Ya i kinda figured the same its gonna be a "hole" mine field, we fished allot at night to but there was no moon Friday or Saturday night so i think it had allot to do with our success during the day. :)
Great thing about ice fishing is, if the fish don't bite at least you know the "BEER" will stay cold!

Sounds like a plan trogdor ill be headed down to glendo here soon, I'm anxious to catch a few more of those big "Kitty's" I'm sure we will cross paths again!

might be a while before glendo is iced over and totally fishable.  MattR was down there recently and it is looking sad.

You Know wyofarmer I think that we could be a competitor in walleye we have some pigs down here, i think we could stack up against the best of the north American region.

you are so lucky!   I have told myself I want a trophy of no smaller than 10 lbs.    Anything above 4 lbs or so I usually let go unless it is hooked bad and will not live.

This fish measured exactly 32@1/2 in. and 13lbs 9 0ounce's with 18 in. of girth. That's after we had her out of the Ice for a day and a half. The crazy thing is she could have weighed more, right after I caught her she puked up a 10 in. bullhead that probably was about 12 ounces on its own crazy right!

Bullheads are underrated as a forage base. I'm a bit suprised that it munched down a 10"er.

Something to think about when going for large walleyes. Those 5.25" chubby darters dont seem too big anymore.
