Later as the season draws close, I planned to start a thread titled " Dear Dairy, By The Newfound Circus" that we can all post up on w/ the shanaigen's that go on during the season. This is instead of "Dear Dairy, By JIGGIN (part 2)" carried over from last season. I was going to keep this as a surprise until later......but.......

I gave it some thought and after re-reading my dairy from last year, decided it really wasn't about me but really about all the folks that fish Newfound and the camaraderie that we share.

Sounds like a good idea JIGGIN. Just talking to Bobhouse Bull last night saying how we can't wait for the circus to be back in town. NB, very funny pictures although I do have to say that even though JIGGIN is the ringmaster, Laker Taker's head fits the size of the photo better. I'm not saying it was you Laker Taker just that your head fit on the picture better. ;D

If I were to fish Newfound at night, would I need to bring personal protection with me? I mean, it sounds like I could get approached by some very strange charectors after the sun goes down! LOL!

I know you're married with children DD, but if you were to fish Newfound, it probably would be a GOOD idea to bring personal protection.  Although, probably not the kind you were thinking.

Tippin and I will start you out with catching tadpoles. Then shiners in a big yellow plastic pool with a really big net. Tippin said he would let you hold his giggin pole and look at the camera while you're resting from all the beer trips you make for tippin and I. Then, and only then, are you ready to fish with the big boys. Lessons start Jan 1st.
