I,ve seen some tricked out ones.  I'll get some pics of my rod holder setup on mine tonight after work.   Work, always gets in the way of fishing!  ;D

These are the things I did to mine.
Rod holder in the back, slides out to put in the windbreak.  Its a 3 rod holder from Basspro and some pvc.

Eye bolts for a strap to hold the bucket.

And a full set of skids for the bottom, yea its overkill, but she WILL last a long time!

Also, it was easier to take off the top to install the runners.  Got a big sheet of the HD plastic stuff and cut them on the table saw.  Mounted everything with stainless hardware and sealed with marine goop.  Don't use it all the time, but for early and late ice its perfect!

Ooooooh no, she was a freshy!
Gotta keep the PBR stocked at all times.

Old Goat, where were you located?
And the sheet of HD plastic cost about 13 bucks.  It was 5x3 foot, I believe a remnant.
That stuff cuts so easy on the table saw.
The garage looked like a snow storm from all the plastic shavings.

AAARRRRG,
I just got back to Buffalo from Milwaukee Friday morning.
Wish I had known.
I will be back out in Milwaukee this summer.
I will check back to see if you still have the Shuttle.
I am looking for another.
