Sad to say, I believe I am done
Fished a local lake this last Sunday and did really well so I think that is gonna be it. Ice was getting very mushy, what was left of it. We could see waves in the ice 20 feet away from us as we were walking across it. My wife has had enough of my going and our anniversary is Friday so since I dont think I will do any better and I want to end it on a good note told her part of her anniversary present was gonna be me hangin up my gear. Oh well, we dont normally still have ice this long anyway. I had a good enough year and Im pleased with the memories I will have. My son went out all but maybe three times and hes four. Ive got a great little partner now.
