I would like to apologise to you guys for being so absent and neglecting my duties here as a moderator. I will be around allot more from now on. I will save you guys the weepy story, but sometimes life can really toss you a turd. My sons and I are adjusting to things and we are getting used to our new "normal". Thanks for sticking with Iceshanty and thank you for your patience.

I got myself one of those 3G smart phones so I can do Iceshanty on the go. I hope that will get me on my beloved website much more often.

My oldest boy is eight years old now, he can read a flasher and jig up crappies like no ones business! I think I may have to register him an account here pretty quick. That should get him out of my hair for a few minutes!

Pike bait is my five year old son Brent. Pike bait II should see some ice in the 2010-2011 season. His name is Owen, and he is my youngest son. He will turn two in July. If I can manage to keep the women out of here, my three boys and I will do nothing but fish and do other manly activites! Long live the man cave!
