I could view them last week, when I went to check this week I couldn't.  Must have pulled them down to make final changes before the new book comes out??

I called them up and they said they have taken the link out because there's no need to review the laws, they have gone to the printer!          Books will be out in about two weeks.

Since they are finalized, I asked them if they could post them in place of the old ones. He said" I don't know"? I'll check.

If the 'idjiuts' at the IF&W want to save money why don't they put open water and ice fishing rules in down-loadable pdf format like they used to for ice fishing 08-09 season? I have that one but there is none for any other season since other than the trial run of this years open water which I saw but failed to download. I'm kicking my own rear on not saving the draft when I could have. I assumed the state would post the final version when ready instead of the nothing we have now!
