You would have thought shack owners would be wary now and get out here and get them off.  I know the Sabattus ones are ready to go in soon if they are not pulled soon
Here fishy fishy fishy

Dont know about the name and number but it was on a trailer and I think it had the license plate on it so the wardens wont have to look too far.

We were drilling 10-12" of ice on Estes today, I'm surprised Kennebunk is getting that thin already.

I just got back in off the lake .  We headed out in the downpoor to go get the shack in . I drilled a few holes on the way across the lake . The thinest we found was 10 inches on Highland in Windham .  At the shack there was a 12 inch hole in front of the door .  We never drilled there ??  It must be from the sun reflecting down off the door on to the ice .   I'm glad we got it now . I'm sure that would of been 2-3 times that size in a couple of days with the rain draining down through it .  All the other shack we drove by were sitting in big puddles . You lose ice around a shack faster then the rest of the ice .   I'm happy to have it sitting at the beach .

This was early March after a cold winter and snow and rain......you need drip boards and to watch the ice around your shack....maybe move it a few times to get good ice again...

I have mine pulled close to shore and the ice was 15" thick, but come Saturday it's going to have wheels under it.

Is this the guy that pulled his shack out there with a front wheel drive car with out a ball hitch so he towed it out with a rope connected to the ball hitch of the trailer instead so the trailer was bouncing all around and hitting his car and only made it out a hundred yards from the boat launch before getting stuck?
