Top three Browns on the board are from St. Catherine, not far from you Grampieshanty, stick it out, you never know.

Finally caught one this morning!!! Barely legal northern, let it go. Lost a real nice brown guessing around 5lbs as i was pulling it through the hole yesterday. The way my season has gone I'm happy to see wind flags.

you should paint your shanty blue and put a big 48 on it :o

I hear you, fished Waterbury yesterday, set up 14 tip ups had the perch running all day, chasing over 30 flags down for them to drop it,  2 perch total on tipups, finally at 5 during pickup hooked onto what felt like 3 pound trout and lost it just under the hole, oh well beats the days where all you get is a windflag like my last trip. i fished sat and sunday right in the same area as you gramp, 2 flags in two days typical lake st cat. i have not iced a trout this year and that is very odd. a guy we were fishing with had a honey hole and iced 8 bass in two days all smalleys and all 3-4 pounds.

At this point I'd almost be willing to put the # 24 on it if it meant it would bring in all the big ones. Oh crap I can't believe I'm almost that desperate. Please someone shoot me
