So far things are looking good.  Hopefully it will be a great turnout.  Who is going to bring what to eat.  I'm thinking I'll bring a big pot of hot dogs and saurkraut to this one.

So, how many Rebels are planning on showing up on the 13th for the get together?  Should be a really good time!  Lake Jean should have plenty of ice as this is one of the last places to have safe ice!

Well hopefuly the ice is still good up at jean for the get together on the 13th. If anyone has been goin up there or is planning on going up there in the next week week and half please post information on the ice conditions here.

i was up there tuesday and we got on down by the island. my foot broke threw the crust and in to my knee. water and slush on top of the ice :o we left right away and didnt even try to fish. beadhead n i were thinking of headin up there for the get together. but not now with them crappy conditions. cant say if the whole lake is like that tho :tipup:good luck n be safe

Thank you for the info on the conditions of lake jean. Also wanted to say sorry your not going to be able to make it. But if the ice isnt any good up there then we may have to wait and have this get together next year. I'm sorry to say it but it may just have to wait for next year i wouldn't want anyone getting hurt or even killed. So with that said we still have over a week to deside whats going to happen with this so if anyone has been up at lake jean or has plans on going to lake jean please do post ice conditions here. THANKS ICE REBEL!!!

Well i'm sorry to say this but with this weekends weather the first rebel team get together is going to have to wait till next year. Next year we will have it at an earlier date and hope everyone can make it out for next years get together. I was really hopen for this to work this year but sorry guys and gals that were hopen for the same. Thanks for all those that were willing to come out and join in on the fun. Have a happy open water fishin year and hope to see you all over on myfishfinder.com. Thanks ICE REBEL
