I was wondering if anyone knew of any small bodies of water that have public access within an hour of Rome? I would really like to try something different and have been driving long distances to find new water. The only places I have gone around here are Delta and Oneida. I would love to find a pond that I could go out on when I only have a couple hours. Sometimes I only have 3 or 4 hours and if I have to drive and hour each way, walk a mile out onto the ice, setup, pickup, and walk back... there is no time left to fish. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
