Heard of someone catching a decent pike out of there.
I didn't know Pike were in there.
I Haven't fished it hard water. I don't know why, just never think of it, I guess.

Yes there have been reports of the pike being in there for a long time which supposedly they escaped from the marsh of 44 when the state use to raise the pike.  Anyway no report on the ice here sorry

Guys i know fish there often ad there is the usual mix of bass pickerel and some good sized perch. I have never caught a pike there but know people who did.

I had heard of pike being caught there but that was probably 12 to 15 years ago. I haven't heard of any being caught recently.

hey
been fishing pascoag alot this season...pike are gone in my view...bass, perch pick and a few crappie...largest 6lbs. big perch and crappie too...getting on is a little hard if you don't know a land owner..the boat launch is at the southern (Glocester) end off Jackson School House rd. and due to the yearly winter level of the pond, that area is high and dry. A long walk to deep water.
cya on the cold ice

Thanks, again

There was some open water on Reservoir Road near the boathouse today, so be careful.  That is a scary place.
