You bet!  Sometimes when the ice is really slick my chair wont get traction.  I take a homemade grapeling hook and toss it out infront of me and pull myself along.  If you need help with that let me know too.

Lacrosse Polar Ice Kings you can go barefoot in them and your feet won't get cold but they do cost around 125.00 but well worth it.I've had mine for at least 10 years.

Well I have a couple of peg legs I use sometimes when I go out dancing.  Problem is I turn into a walking spud, those suckers poke through the ice and Im stuck till someone comes along and lifts me out.

Hauler, I have the Cabela's Snowy Range boots (mine are women's though)

http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?type=product&cmCat=Related_IPL_830507&id=0027184830506a

and for the price I think they're awesome. We were out on Houghton Lake a couple weeks ago and after about 9 hours on the ice, my feet never got cold.

Lacrosse Ice Kings here also, around 20 years and never had cold feet. Still look almost like new. There are so many quality sub-zero boots that you can buy, I would take a serious look at the ones that are on sale at Gander and while there you may find some other winter gear on sale also.

Micky Mouse boots for sure. for only 50 bucks, they are the warmest boots ive ever had. I bought Irish setters last year and got a small case of frost bite in my feet. My feet would never warm up, until I got my Micky Mouse boots
First time ever having a good day!

I got a set of Lacrosse neoprine muck boots 2 years ago.  I was not sure they would be good at first because they are so thin but someone talked me into getting them and I am glad he did!  They are light, knee high and completely water proof.  PERFECT boots.

Set yourself up with a good quality boot with at least 1,000 grams of Thinsulate. Make sure you get them one or two sizes too big. You need an air pocket inside or you will have cold feet. I just have one pair of cotton socks in mine. My feet swim in extra room and never get cold feet when sitting all day on the ice.

Mickey Mouse Boots for sure, White or Black. I got mine years ago for Snowmobiling, They are so good that if you fall in the water you can dump the water out of the boot and put them back on and your feet will warm back up. I found out about them years ago from my buddies that were issued them in the Air Force for the Flight Line.
