I have talked to everybody I know and nobody has heard of anybody fishing it. The fwp site says there are trout in there for what's it worth. It would be worth a try special if it was calm out.

there might be fish in there but I know it shrivels up pretty bad in the heat of the summer.  Gets really low.

I should say I have seen people fishing it but unfortunately I am always driving for work and didn't have time to stop by.

Fished cottonwood last two days! No bites, didn't even mark a fish on the finder!! I think the water gets too low in the summer time for it to hold a bunch of fish, if there even in there!! I wont be back!

How deep of water were you fishing, and what area if you don't mind me asking?

I fished 8 to about 20 feet of water!! I just worked my way all around the front of the dam punchin holes!! The Lake is actually pretty decent size when its full of water! There's alot of bays and arms branching off of it! I'll probably give it another shot! Ya never know!

20 Fow seems like a lot of water to be drained out but I guess if it's a bad water year it could empty pretty fast. Good luck!
