  Out on carmi today. alot of shanties pushed across the lake and torn apart. Hopefully most people anchored theirs down.

How was it out there otherwise? I'm hoping to hit Glen tomorrow but have my concerns about the amount of standing water on the ice.

you were out today? holy crap! you must of had anchor pins driven into your boots. yesterday wasn't as bad as today was and i couldn't even uncork my pop-up shanty and watching my sled take off. thumbs up on weathering the storm 8)

Did you actually get to fish?  I'm hoping it gets cold enough this week to freeze that water on top.

  Real slick on ice. camper was sliding across ice cause never anchored it when we put on ice. hooked the wheeler to it and drilled a deadman to keep from moving. had to put logs over the legs of the tipups to keep from blowing out of the holes. no wind flags though. caught a few perch and eyes. be back out on wednesday to bring camper back on ice and do some fishing.
