X67 mods

Anyone every do any mods on their X67's.  A better carrier , a charging plug, anything.  just scoping for some ideas.  Love the X hate the bag.

Hated the bag to.  Mounted mine to a Blue Genz Box and the nylon carrier for the box.  Works good, holds the battery much better, can easily remove the nylon carrier for gunning and running hole to hole.  If I can figure out how to post a pic I will.

Aye, I fish with a buddy that has a vex fl-18 and i have ta turn the noise rejection up to meduim.

Also I too have wondered about moding my x67. Seams to me there could be a better design.

i got mine in a cabelas bag no complaints here the only thing i would like though is 1 of those digital chargers like the 1's that come with the marcum lx-5

i got rid of that "rod" that came with it. just run the ducer cable through the rubber thing in the swing arm. the rod wouldn't fit in the case. works just fine w/out it. no complaints about the case.
