Jig it like any other plastics, I guess...

lift and drop
pulse the tail
quiver it in place
etc.,...

For some odd reason...I still haven't drop this lure down the ice hole yet...the mimic minnow fry...I'm still using an assortment of lures and stuff and keep forgetting about it.  Gonna have to give it a good test.
