has anyone had problems with bait bought from dover sport shop. i bought 3 dozen shiners today at 12:15 and at 9:30 pm almost all are dead. i have bought shiners from Franks that have lasted me a week. so as of now it seems i just wasted 20 bucks.

Yes I did recently. They were not very active but I managed to keep them alive by changing the water mid week. Lost a couple in the process though. DS gets their live bait from the place on Lake Musconetcong. Saw Lou A. there early in the am several times this summer getting them for DS.

ive had bait from franks from close to a month before i used them, his baits are always very active but wen ever you buy a half doz. they will charge you for a whole. lol

Brought fatheads at dover for the second time and the die-off does seem to be above the norm.

Greenwood Lake turnpike( aka Wanaque ave) right on Ringwood/Wanaque border near Lakeland High School. Liveliest bait in the state.
