buddy heater!

I am using my buddy heater to dry joint compound  in my mud room right now as I type this. The mud room is only 6x6  but put the buddy heater in there and a folding chair and its just like being in a hardside shack ..(our castle shack is almost 3x the size) come on ice!

It really gets the itch going when your ice equipment gets put to use during the open water season. My portable doubles as the coolest fort in the neighborhood. My 8 year old can now set it up as quick as I can. Guess what he'll be doing while dads cutting holes this winter.

I pulled my 2 overnite traps at noon an all I got in them were catfish!  tried another spot an went back after dinner an all I had was cat fish!  tank is half full but empty.

I've gotten a TON of crayfish in my traps this year...  not sure what that means, other than there are a lot of crayfish that like hot dog rolls.
