IT'S A BOY!!!!!

Hi all,


My wife gave birth to our first child yesterday afternoon at 12:11pm, a beautiful boy 8lb 4oz.


Mum and Jack are doing great, i cant describe the feeling really, but it feels like my heart is going to explode every time i look at him, and when i see him with mum and how happy she is.....its almost too much.


baby was 19.5 " at birth, and despite being in the slot size, we're keeping him :)

LOLOL...yes...i do know i wont be fishing hardly at all, and yes i know the sleepless nights are not getting better any time soon if ever, and the next person to tell m either one of those things is gonna get knocked out :laugh: lol...

Congrats Simon!  Lucky for you it might be the boat fishing that takes the biggest hit... speaking from recent experience - get his sleep issues squared away as soon as you can and you should be good to go on ice by next Dec.!

Enjoy these first few months, he'll never be that tiny again  ;D

A little late here, BUT- congrats to the PROUD parents --awsome.
looks like the "SENATORS",have anouther fan.  Once again, the best to  mom, dad, and the new one.-- from a "SABRES" fan.  ;)

Thanks Don, he is soooo tiny....and yup....we are taking soooooooo many pics and enjoying his royal tinyness every second we can....but i'm still out fishing...lol.

I'm kinda hoping having the lake at the bottom of the yard and the boat there my fishing wont take too much of a hit this summer, should be able to get out fo a few hours most evenings....if not...fish from shore.
