Pics of my new wall hanger to be

Didnt go to boysen today like I intended so I went elsewhere and caught this and some gills also. Bass was 17 inches long and had a girth of 13 1/2 inches. weighed 3 1/2 pounds acording to my scale. Duckman is going to do the mount for me.

 :)nice bass sure don't see a tons of them on the ice usually.   Was the bass a mounter or dinner  either way great job.

thanks, both, would of liked to turn it loose but decided to have it mounted, went with a fiberglass mount so I got to eat it also. Dont catch that many around here that big and I dont have a bass on the wall yet so I got one now.

Hey Minnowguy, your fish looks like this one here I caught and let go a couple weeks ago. Decided wether or not to eat it or let it go. Decided to let it go to grow. You must do some fishing in the basin too?

Nice fish, ya caught gills too. Well that rules out my bass lake, must be your bass lake.  I always figured it would be tough to get in there.  Or do you have to sled into there?   nice fish anyhow congrats.

Well 4cator  its actually a public pond that has trout, perch, gills, bass and  carp. dont want to give the place away cause it doesnt get too much fishing pressure. ;D

We dont growem that fast around here our G&f like trout more than warm water fish so a good bass lake is hard to come by. Most of our pond that have bass in them winter kill it seems every time the bass get to growing good.
