Any reports on houghton and higgins?

Was there Sunday, the ice was a solid 10+ inches. The smelt are really on right now :thumbsup:
WE caught alot of perch but the biggest one was 7", nothing but dinks :( Didn't have time to try the south end for the trophy northerns but perhaps next time.

My fishin buds dad says that Houghton has ankle deep water. so I'll be swimmin this weekend.  :clap:

There was 30"+  of ice Yesterday Morn on Houghton. Im, hopin the water sets back up startin thursday.
I ran the power auger all the way to the top of the flighting.
