Central Iowa ice is starting to make me nervous but I'm not ready to put away my gear for the year yet so I'm considering heading north this weekend. How are the ice conditions at Storm Lake, the Okoboji's and Big Spirit?
Just talked to a friend at Clear Lake, they are scrambling to get all permanent shacks off the ice, some are being blown who knows where in the wind and there is a lot of water on the ice.
Really too bad, things were just finally starting to get good around here late last week
