It's not the green hermit!
« on: Feb 09, 2009, 12:06 AM »
We camped down at Pete Lake last weekend. This where we stayed. :roflmao:

We fished Saturday and Sunday and we caught a few but nothing really big.

We had a good time but lake had 2-3 inches of water on it with 6 inches of snow. We did find some spots without slush.
I think I'd rather fish for big lakers in the green hermit though.

Bill nice bunch of fish , I would like to try winter camping sometime the comfort of a warm room is nice though after a long day of fishing.
Slightly off subject but was wondering if you knew that here in the U.S.A. we have a famous bass fisherman with the same name ,he even has his own television show.
Looks like you B.C. members are having a great season tight lines to all of you.

Are they not one in the same in disguise. I heard the one down in the USA was running from???.....I've seen Bill running when people come asking for autographs and he has on that white and orange T hat. To us icefishermen here in BC he is just another guy in hiding and a bit secretive. We don't care if he is Barack Obama or Bill Dance though.....we just like seeing his pics and tales.
Incidently we do have a Barack on here but won't give his last name :-\

Bill ,
I did not know if his show was carried by any of the Canadian television networks. He is good for a laugh withsome of his out takes.

I still howl at the one where he is holding onto his trolling motor and it comes loose from the transom. The thing is on full speed whipping all over the place with Bill trying to hold on for dear life!!!!!!  Classic!!!!    :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:
