I took a 5 gal bucket lid to my chop saw and cut a slice the radius of the lid just wide enough for the cable to slide in snugly. works great.
why pay 14bucks for a round disc!
Anyone use this in their home-made contraption?(Image removed from quote.)I've got nothing against hole covers, the foam used in the kind I have is different than anything i've seen in a sleeping mat. And they match my tip-ups, and no I didn't pay 10 bucks each, when I got them, it was 10 bucks for 3.(Image removed from quote.)
in my area you would spend at least $10 buying the supplies to make one, so $14 is not that bad....$5 for a Bucket to cut the disc out of, and $2 for each piece hardware.
