Can't pick just one.  Winni in April/May.  Newfound in August and during the winter.

Living in NH makes it such a tough decision.  I have to go by quadrants, North- 1st connecticut, south, Silver lake harrisville, east-?? west- spoffard and i have to add central, squam lake.  too tough for me to say one lake.

north country....silver lake in madison and martin meadows in whitefield

Lake region-mirror lake in tuftonboro

southern nh-pawtuckaway in raymond

lastly, i have a place in my heart for winnipeasaukee......i know boat traffic can be difficult at times and the chop/wind can be brutal....however, having the opportunity to fish there for 2 1/2 months straight during the summer i am able to get out there during the perfect times.....there is nothing better then heading from the camp with a big coffee, a chew, a pair of shorts, and the temps already in the mid 70;s for a morning of smallmouth fishing.......finally, there is something to be said about a late afternoon trip when the temps are again in the mid 70's, with a big coffee, a chew, and a fresh pair shorts.......i am very lucky to have this opportunity and it doesn't go unappreciated......her e;s a look......

i know i have posted this picture before, but i was one of the best fishing nights ever on winni....the sun was warm and the fishing was off the charts......i remember one kid screaming in a canoe a few hundreds yards away from me, because he was catching smallie after smallie on topwater....he kept yelling for me to get over there, but we had our hands full as well......awesome

when chuck norris played golf for money, chuck marked down a hole in zero every time, the golf pro said, "chuck: you can't score zero on a hole." Chuck norris turned towards the man and said, "I'm chuck norris, the man proceeded to pour gas over his body and set himself on fire because that would be less painful than getting roundhouse kicked by chuck norris....chuck norris roundhouse kicked him in the face anyways

I do like the time that I spend up on Champlain. The weather can change out there in an instant though but wat a fun smallmouth fishery with a lot of pigs

I would have to say Pawtuckaway it is my home water and I know this lake very well. Every time I head out on this lake there is the chance to catch a pig. Plus even though I fish it often it has enough water to keep me from getting bored.
If I'm not fishing then I'm not happy

If I had to pick my favorite place to go, def. would be champlain (hope this doesn't make me sound anti NH) I think it's just cause you can target any species and there are trophies of every species to be had. you can alwyas find a place to fish and some of the scenery is awesome

Man, what a tough choice. There are so many lakes/ponds that produce some pig fish.

I can not say my favorite one because it;s my honey hole. But 2nd favorite pond would be Newfound...monster bows, big lakers here and there and can have some bang out days. gotta know where to be though  :)

My favorites are out in Minnesota but Champlain is about as good as it gets, it's one of the finest lakes in the country, with great species diversity and trophy potential.  NH small pond fishing is fantastic.  Give me my canoe, overcast, slight breeze, 65 degrees in spring and I am all over the green fish.  Smallmouth fishing in may/june on winni can be unreal and no matter how many I land in a day (sometimes 50 or more) it never gets old.

I'd have to say Newfound. Its where I first learned to troll... to ice fish... and to flyfish a river. Lot of memories there. Beautiful lake too.
I am human. I am a predator. Don't ask me why I'm staring down a hole, waiting for a fish to bite. Its instinctive and I refuse to fight it.

Whatever body of water I happen to be standing on, from Lake George, and Champlain, across NH, all the little crappie and jumbo bluegill ponds, Great East holds another record or two, right up to Maine...love Sebago crappies, and there are some corker bluegills around Southern Maine that the locals leave alone (for now)....there are too many great bodies of water to chose just one....

Champlain, If you've never been there you'll be stunned by the lack of pleasure boats on the lake. You can fish the southern end and never see a pleasure boat. You can also target fish you've never even heard of around this area. I'm addicted to the place.

little sunapee lake is still my favorite even though I now live in western NY where the fishing is better. Little sunapee is loaded with quality fish and it is a fun place to icefish .

I would have to say the Ellis River. It pretty awesome when you can catch 137 brookies in one afternoon...and almost all are native. Will never forget those times with my dad

Hands down for me its Lake Champlain.  From monster Pike during the hardwater season to salmon and lakers in the spring, summer or fall.
