Pike fishing at walker lake

Can anyone give advise on where to fish for pike at this lake?

I dont fish for them,  but I believe that some of the guys will catch golden shiners on their jig poles and use them for bait.  Try the cove  on the opposite side of the lake from the guardrails.

Theres a guy that goes after them alot he got a really nice one this year just about every year there is atleast one or two got that are around 35"-40" i don't fish for them
I don't know if he used a gold shiner but alot of guys do use them

I personally would not target the pike in this lake i fish here alot and there used to be an abundance of them but now it seems like you only hear of one or two caught a year so this is just my opinion   EYEFISHERMAN   D.T.

Hi bj been working hard had a weekend of and decided to do some ice fishing finally we went to indian park did real good on gills and small bass and one real nice perch we will have to get together again and fish the golf course again
