A friend and her sister used to raise orphan kittens, coons, etc. when they were kids. Her sister took her pet coon to live in her apartment with her when she went to college. One day she got a call that water from her apartment was flooding the unit below hers. Turned out that her pet raccoon LOVED shiny things, and of course they love water so he had turned on the water tap in the sink and it overflowed. Kind of surprised the building super when he went in to shut off the water and a big raccoon was standing in the bathroom doorway hissing at him!
