Water is water. Whether it's at 1 C or 25 C the miniscule difference in density makes no difference to a 200 [kHz] signal. As far as I know these "ice transducers" have to go into liquid water for maximum performance so what's the real difference between an ice xducer and a liquid xducer, besides marketing?
