These HT's have done me right the past two years I have been using them I have no complaints.  The adjustable spool high and multiple flag trip settings are nice.

 Those always get water in the tube and freeze on me... I suppose a grease might fix it.

 For Northerns my dad and I designed a tip-up to use specifically with a dead-smelt set up that works with the wind. They are by far the best pike catching tip-ups I have EVER used.  I'm not willing to post a picture though. :D Still debating on patenting them or selling the idea.

 I've had them set up against many regular tip-ups and carried fish off the lake when nobody else did, many times.

i use all types and if they are in working order they all do realy good but the BEST tip-up at the end of the day is the one that eithor got the most flags or the biggest fish. ;D

I love my new Indian Hill traps, well made with a trip mechanism you can set with gloves on, and I'm supporting the local guy.
