Heading to minnetonka on saturday

does anyone have any reports or suggestions im very new to this lake only fished it once looking for some walleye action thanks

You should talk to some local bait shops that weekend before you head out.  There are many springs and currents in that lake, so many spots to avoid.  They will be able to steer you to the some of the safer spots that should produce some fish.  I know that on Friday there was still open water on some of the bays.  I don't really fish that lake but I do know of the cautions you need to take out there.

Over on Black Lake (small bay on tonka) the ice looked decent, I saw a portable and a few permanent shacks out there today. Last year around this time I hammered the bluegills right out in front of the launch. I'll be out there tomorrow assuming there isn't too much slush sitting on top.
