!But I don't see where you call them a mix-breed. They look like home-made cross brace Heritage, nothing else. Heritage release, Heritage grease tube and rod, and generic (?) metal spool. If it's a Jack or 40-up spool, what you have is still a home-made Heritage.
I have a Jack Trap Grease tube I had to modify, Heritage Flag set up, and a 40 Up reel assembly. There were things, speciically with Jack Traps and Heritage that I liked that I wanted to use...the 40 Up reeal was just a cost thing....but it seems like a mix breed to me....just sayin
Nice traps guys! These are my latest creations. I made them for my kids earlier this winter. They are completely homemade.
Here are my traps i made . Mahogany uppers, rock maple crosses . I found somespring steal in mcmaster carr . Copper tubing grease tubes with trippers made from stainless steal welding rod . The spools I made at work from solid billet aluminum .
