Rebelss - What about open water? About 7 years ago when I fished there, it was only 1 line/hook (treble hook counted as 3 hooks unless is was on a lure). Is that still the case in MN?
Yup, you got it. That law is still the case, open water = One Line. Hard Water = 2 lines.
There is some talks of trying to move the open water line count to 2 but it's not going very well.
