Rob, leave the camera at home if you're talking underwater cam. There is zero visibility in the Ottawa River.

Nearest hotel is about 20-25 minutes from where you'll be fishing (which isn't all that bad I guess).

I'll try to swing by tomorrow at some point. I prefished for ya this aft

and did quite well. I'll be fishing on Sunday morning as well.

That was a good day on crappie bay! Din't have the chance to go try out for walleyes though.

Here's a couple of pictures i took.

Really nice gill!

It was 9 inches.

Nice crappie, i think it was around 10 inches or so.

And one of my biggest crappie.

Was a good day out, lot's of fish, and 1 missed pike.

Anyone have some pictures? Maybe some nice walleyes?

Sure was a nice gill Rob! Lot's of fish, biggest I was able to get into the icewell today was just under 13''. Next time we meet will be in your neck of the woods for some real walleye fishing

At least we were able to get into a few!

Im going to say it again..Wow, what an outing, the most non stop action i have seen in a few years, and with above average fish..this was not one of those 200+ perch days when you have to throw back 90% of the caught fish, we are talking hundreds of Crappie with the averah ebing 9-11inches

I also cant remember such a variety of things coming up thru the ice....Crappie, Gills, Walleye, Pike, Musky, Sturgeon, Muskrats....

With the action so heated it was hard to take time for pics, and I forgot my tripod so no, video either, here is what I did take

I would have stayed out longer to chat with ya but it was soo cold out and my hut was soo warm....
We should get together for a ktown area fish sometime if your up for it!
I'm trying to get the pics off of my girlfriends phone but I'm having a hard time. It's a pay as you go razer and I don't have the software for it.... but i'm working on it

Hey Bucket, when we had the Marcum, Anthony and I had seen two musky's on Walleye Bay...Really cool as they posed infront of the camera for a litte while

thanx Bucket, funny thing is, I lost that guy in the hole and had to dive in after him, a quick bear like scoop and he was mine...I think most of the other guys on the ice heard the commotion so they all came over to check out this gill

It was nice to meet you Rob. You picked a good day to come up, the action was much better yesterday than today. Although the pike were really hitting good today. I should have taken a pic of the little sturgeon I caught, it was only around 20" but gave a good little scrap. Hopefully you will be able to join us when we head down to Quinte.

Ahg!! I missed it. My own fault for not checking into ice shanty earlier. We just put the boat away Friday after getting blocked off at the Glenora launch that afternoon. Great pics guys. Glad to see the bay hopping already. I love seeing sweet fish porn. Keep it coming.
