old Menu and shoping list! 2009

I purchased a 6 lb can, and a 3lb can of Crisco, we will be good to go.

 Breakfeast, for Thursday, Friday, Sat.=

  Coffee, juice, water, eggs, meat, potates, pancakes, sweets,...


 First day, wed. arrival day=  share and meet.
                      Dinner   =  Italian; lasagna, garlic bread and antipasto. ?

          Thursday=  breakfeast!
                          Lunch=  soups, stews, fruit, bread, coffee and snacks
                          dinner= "Linguini Roast" Roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots, gravy....
          Friday=      breakfeast!
                          lunch=fish Chowder, crackers, and sweet stuff...
                          dinner= fish fry,Baked Ham, chips, bread ? ... chicken wings
          Sat.    =  breakfeast!
                       lunch  =   soups, bread, fruit, cheese, sweets?....
                       dinner= Lets meet open house= Chile cook off?.....
          Sunday= last day, packing=  Sunday brunch??   left overs to share before the ride home!

        That it guys. That should be enough food for all four days for about 26 people. When you pick from the list please write your stuff down let me know to confirm, then I will remove the items from the shopping list.

 Also please sign into the chilie cook off for Sat. night. 1 gal. of home made Chilie. Winner will receive a prize with honers as ice shanty Team Maine CHILIE OF THE YEAR.!!!

Might be I dunno.

I have a ton of venison Samali and Cajun sausage links, Buffalo burger and sausage (ground, not patties) and a chili I am willing to bring. Let me know where to post this and who to tell. Seriousely I have a butt load of ground Buffalo i need to use up.

 I'll add it to the menu now. If you are not happy with the day or meal I chose, just say something on this thread, and I'll change it then.

If you would like me to bring lasagna again, I can do that.  I would enjoy serving it another night other than the first night which I've had the pleasure doing the past two trips.  I'm awfully tired after the long trip to Rockwood, fishing a few hours, and then trying to feed a bunch of hunger ice fisher people.  Just a suggestion.  Thanks.

I also think you should start a new thread.  This one is very long and it would be easy to get confused.
