Just a question:  What is the going price for seasoned, split and delivered oak up there in the NE?  Here in WI it costs me about $135.00.  But than again, I'm not near the cities.  I only use it in my fireplace.  Have Natural Gas for most of my heat.  However we do use the fireplace most every evening.

200.00-250.00 for 1 chord with deals for 2 or more chords.  :D
