Ice in ny state?

I can confirm Ice in NY state. It took a good 3-4 wacks with the spud bar to get through! 2 solid inches!
I only ventured out about 100ft (rope tied to my jeep) but the ice seemed to be getting thicker as I went out.
I think if this heat and rain is over I will be fishing for certain next saturday!

Nice to hear!!  We're still hanging in there at 40 degrees and no ice in sight....maybe by the 1st..the bay is cold enough right now, all we need is mother nature to cooperate......Esox

I found ice tonight too! and got pics to prove it! But it was melting fast










I'm so ready to go ice fishing it's not even funny   All I need is a hole in the ice

 if i had a camera  my table looks very similiar to yours im sure there is alot of other peoples tables are the same. I hate withdrawl symptoms i know the feeling.
