. There were wheelers traveling all over it two weeks ago before this snow storm . Could be snow drifts out there now that could make wheelers work for it ??

Anybody have more up to date news about the situation with the pressure crack that’s about a mile out from the Standish boat launch? I here that somebody went through with a wheeler. Is there a safe spot to cross?

I hear ya TCfish we used to have a group of 6 or 7 guys that fish together. now we are lucky if there are 3 of us. It's a bummer for sure. Keep ya chin up and tight lines bud! :tipup:

I’m working this weekend, I already had a vacation week scheduled before I heard the dates. otherwise I was going to try it this year.

Decent day for us lots of small ones biggest was 20"  smallest was 12". Found a small school of bait and tried to stick with them for awhile had some good hits that couldn't connect

Are you referring to the new slot too? They changed it to 26-33” need to be released.  why would you want to eat the ones that’s are getting into the age range that have higher levels of metals and other contaminants?

  caught 8 saturday between 14-25" ,and 7 sunday 14-26 1/2 ,the 2 26 1/2 sadly had to go back after measuring them 3 times hahah

close call 1 fish we measured for the derby was 25and a half  in derby had it 25 7/8 saw a guy with a 33and 1/2 derby had it at 33and 1/6some close calls, and to the guy that I ment at the derby  how did you do jigging. any 1 see someone cooking salmon on the ice
