Jonesy is right about Crane Marsh being over fished. It was good the first year they let you fish it but after some guy's took 5gal bucket after 5gal bucket out it went down hill fast! I have only kept 2 fish from there and they both had firm white flesh. I can't say if they tasted bad I cooked them up with fish from James and George. But no one eating them said "YUCK"! LOL
There is nothing in the world I'd rather do than ice fish!

In their early years did the Lindner boys work with Pazick and Malz? I faintly remember seeing them in FF magazine before they branched out. I also remember their first publications but I can't remember the name of it. I think it started out as a small magazine. It wasn't Infisherman yet. Can you jar my memory. I was wondering if they might have had any help in the book Lunkers love nigcrawlers?
Never tell a fish where its supposed to be
