Yep it's at camp locked up, but she went with me to pick it up

. Now I just have to find a nice outboard.

Nice fish on that jig Robb. It was a good trip with you guys. Bear had a nice laker too. Wish I could have stayed away from the perch that day and grabbed one of those beauts. 8) Fun time at the Oak barrel on Friday night too.

I bake them in aluminum foil and dip in a butter/garlic/onion concoction. With a lot of beer in ya, it tastes ok!

Finally made it out on the KING!! Very nice day and not bad fishing either

. I was fortunate enough to catch a nice Salmon and we all caught some lakers!!

Although I have seen better fishing on the King it was still nice to get out there, a little nerve racking on the quads with minimal ice but we played it safe and cut some holes on the way out. I even wore a life jacket

.

Unfortunately my camera died taking pics so I couldn't get any of Iceenut0 and his dad's fish, and it was great to meey Icycle Eddie!

Well we made it out on the King again Saturday, and what a day, I was on fire!! For some reason I couldn't do anything wrong

. I think I caught about 16 Lakers and 1 nice fat salmon! I did lose a monster laker at the hole, probably about 27-28" on 4lb test, I didn't want to gaff the fish cause I already had a keeper on the ice, but what a great battle!

I love taking friends that have never experienced the action on the King and showing them what it's all about, my friend Mike is hooked on the Vex and the lakers! The salmon is my biggest through the ice what a fight!! Here are the pics.
