How did the 'gathering' play out today?  Catch any fish?  I went north looking for safe ice and spent more time driving than fishing.  Found a couple good places are a day or two away from good hard safe ice.....ended up with 24 or so gills and crappie, but man was that wind harsh!!!!  Wet hands and 0 degree wind chill don't go well together.

Uncle Sam must not have been an icefisherman...he says I have to report to duty in the AM...would have loved to fish with you Rico...good luck tomorrow,  hope you guys slay'em...be safe.

Guys the offer was for fishing today (friday).  Rico made the offer Thursday.  I was asking how things went today.

Really?  There were several on here that sounded like they were going to show up.  If that is the case all these people asking for a place to get on safe ice missed a golden opportunity.
