I know that spot. I stay at a camp directly up the rock wall there. We'll be up in a few weeks.

Was up there tuesday, had a very similar looking pile at the end of the day, nice catch man. Gonna be a zoo up there this weekend, I hope people realize that where you were is a private road and the walk in from the main road is a b**** haha, gotta love friends with camps

Fishing reports are spectacular for Black Lake. Up to 8 inches of ice have been reported in areas of no current. ATV's all over the Lake. Rollway Bay looks like a town on the ice. This weekend will be busy, as we are supposed to be seeing great weather up here. Be safe out there, and be mindful of snow drifts, and pressure ridges. Good Luck.

travis willing to pay? ok heres what ya do park in my driveway($100) thas in syracuse and ill bring all your toys to the water for ya ($500) what ya say? joking theres always a place to park on black lake if you go to the bait shop they will supply all the info you need good luck.................. ....

which bait shop? can you park at back bay camp ground

The website for Back Bay Campground has the owners winter contact number....; however, the campground is at the end of a private, locked, gated roadway with winter access limited to property owners so it is unlikely you will be able to find parking there. As much time as i've spent there i'm not sure where the general public is parking on the south end, bait shop might clue you in if your lucky. Missed this weekend, but can't wait to get to my lil place on the south-end this weekend

from my knowledge seeing as tho it was my first time fishing there yesterday ...there few and far between i caught like 4 perch all 4 inches and then a big 12 1/2 inch

Going up to black lake tomorrow and never been there before, its a 2 1/2 hr drive and Im looking for some general advice about where to get on the lake and where to go? not looking for your spot Im just looking for some help and maybe what to use. Anything helps, Thanks

do your home work and go back thru the posts on this thread and any other BL threads. if you can read between the lines you will get the info you need to start anyway. just a word to the wise here ice ice guys are tight lipped and with little ice to fish you wont get quick info unless you have good solid resources. JMO

would really like to fish mile arm bay, is there any access for walkers, we're a couple old guys that fish and know upper black lake in spring an summer but no knowledge of southern part. any help would be greatly appreciated.......even a pm and would certainly keep in quiet.
